Annual General Meeting
Nominations for MainFM Committee Of Management (CoM) positions are now open.
MainFM will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday November 17th, 2026 at 6.30pm at The Castlemaine Bowls Club, 27 Berkeley St, Castlemaine and on ZOOM.
Members of the public are invited to nominate for positions on our CoM. Nominations close Thursday 29th October 5pm

- President
- Treasurer
- General Member #1
- General Member #2

Key Dates:
- AGM: Tuesday 17th November 6pm @ Castlemaine Bowls Club
- Nominations Open: Thursday 8th October
- Nominations Close: Thursday 29th October 5pm
- Voting Opens: Monday 2nd November
- Votes Collated: Tuesday 17th November ahead of AGM
The completed nomination can be either emailed to info@mainfm.net – ATTENTION: Secretary, or lodged in the deposit box at the MainFM office at 1 Halford Street, Castlemaine by 5:00pm Thursday October 29th 2026.

Please note: if elected, all members of CoM need to have a Working With Children Check. As a volunteer the fee for this check is waived.
